Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All merchandise sales are final. If you received the wrong item please email us at gsmjimerch@gmail.com include your invoice number and the issue with your order.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Show & Shine entries and additional armbands within 30 days of the event.
  • Secured trailer parking within 30 days of the events.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Show & Shine cancellations made more than 31 days before the event will include a 50% cancellation fee and square fees
  • Secured trailer parking cancellations made more than 31 days before the event will include a 25% cancellation fee and square fees

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less square fees within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gsmjimerch@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gsmjimerch@gmail.com

Shipping returns

If approved, you will receive a return address to ship your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
